What is the status of my order?
We will provide you with a Tracking Number when your order ships. Orders are typically shipped as in 1-3 business days. Standard ground delivery times (Fed Ex, UPS, Loomis) apply; typically 1-5 days. If it has been longer than the above stated time please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond as quickly as possible. We cannot respond to all inquiries of orders that still fall within standard delivery times.
What type of delivery method should I expect?
A courier company will be used to deliver all orders. A particular courier company will be assigned based on factors such as the type of products ordered, size of the order, and destination. For larger orders, freight (LTL) carriers will be used and use 53 foot trailers for most deliveries including Residential. If a smaller truck is required, please advise BEFORE submitting your order as additional charges may occur. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Once signed for, the product is your property and Wall Theory is no longer responsible for it.
Can I request expedited shipping for an additional fee?
Yes, expedited shipping can be requested. It is best to reach out prior to placing your order on the site and a Wall Theory team member can help with everything. If you have already placed an order, expedited shipping can still be accommodated as long as the order has not already shipped.
Are there samples of your products?

What is your return policy?

Is there a restocking fee on returned product?
Yes, there is a 25% restocking fee on returned product to cover costs of re-warehousing the product.
What happens in the case of damaged product upon arrival?
If you notice any damage to your order upon delivery or once you open boxes, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please take photos of any damage to the packaging and any affected product and email us immediately with photos and description of issue(s).
Do you offer trade pricing/volume discounts?

Does the product come with a warranty?
Wall Theory warrants our products to be defect free in the materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear is not covered and considered normal. Damage due to customer accident or misuse is not covered. Natural variations in products are not considered defects. The customer must exercise proper care to minimize any such damage. Handmade products will generally vary in color or texture from item to item. Due to the nature of electronic media, color of actual product may differ slightly from pictured. Dye lots and item availability may change without prior notice. Each product may have slightly different warranty information, so be sure to review the warranty documentation provided with your order or contact us for more details.
Where are you located?
Wall Theory is an online store, so we don't have a physical store or showroom. We are headquartered out of Edmonton, Alberta, with team members across Canada and the United States.
